Week 4

Coaching

After having coached for the first time on Friday, Monday's class was around reflection and catching up on the missed work. It is really important to be completing the reflective questions after each session, where you ask yourself what went well and what didnt, along with the effectiveness of your interpersonal skills. Asking yourself questions like "what went well?". "what do I need to change?" and "what do I need to focus on next time?" is a good starting point for reflection.

- Reflection from coaching session number 1
- Plan for coaching session number 2
- Study using biomechanics revision slide. (slide outlined below)
