Week 5

Coaching
This week I had a few days off with my sick daughter, so not much work was completed inregards to biomechanics, as coaching was easier to get you to complete while I was absent.

It is important for you to get into the habit of completing your reflection from your coaching session over the weekend, instead of waiting for Monday. the longer you leave these sessions to reflect upon, the more you will forget about the session. I will stop giving you time to complete this in class over the next few weeks as it needs to become part of your homework routine.

Our practical session this week was run by Miss Aitken, and you were separated into the four different sports, completing coaching of your favourite 2 drills/activities that you are doing. You were then required to write down the drill or part of the session that you found most useful, so that you could possibly used it for yourself in the future.

Biomechanics
Revision slides have been shared to complete for the up and coming biomechanics test. It is important for you to explain the concept before you explain the answer of the rest of the question.
